Member of the Technical Scientific Committee of Ecomondo. 

Master professor in Waste Management and Recycling and in higher technical training courses. 

He has been Vice-President of the «Waste and Wastewater Management» Commission of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome, Professor of the Higher School of Local Public Administration, member of the UNI Technical Commission for Paper and of the Paper and Cardboard Prices Commission of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan. Technical Director of the Observatory of Local Authorities on Separate Waste Collection, Technical Director of waste treatment plants, member of the Verification Committee of the Anci-Conai Agreement. Author of reports, studies and scientific publications, he presented his papers at several seminars and technical conferences.
